Villa Lavanda is a beautiful stone villa in a very modern style with a touch of luxury. The villa is well located, 4km to the beach, 1km to the restaurant, 500m to the supermarket, and 5km to the center of Porec.
On the lowest floor of the villa, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, an open area with a living room, a cozy sofa bed for 2 more people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. An additional guest toilet with a washing machine is also located on the lowest floor, as well as direct access to the outdoor area. On the second floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a toilet.
