The two units (Tenuta il Giardino Casina Rustica 6+2) and (Tenuta il Giardino Casina 2+2) have recently been renovated and equipped with all sorts of gadgets. Tenuta il Giardino disposes of a beautiful salt water swimming pool (built in earth – 11.85m x 6.85m, depth: 1.40m with internal stairs and Jacuzzi and shower), a completely fenced garden (3’800 sqm) with a stratospheric illumination (the pool also shines during night time in many different colours) and an outdoor kitchen which leaves no wishes unfulfilled: with barbeque, pizza oven, basin; there is a toilet on the back of the outdoor kitchen. A spacious covered and lighted outdoor area with a long table and chairs invites to relaxed evenings. This is the place if you want to spend a comfortable dream holiday in the Tuscany!Tenuta il Giardino consists of two rental units – Tentua Il Giardino Cascina Rustica for 6+2 persons and a dependance Tenuta il Giardino Casina for 2+2 persons. The two units may be rented independently during low and middle season. Cascina Rustica is attached the house of the owner, who live within the grounds and who are very discreet; but if you need help they will assist you immediately. Pets are welcome, but they have their own sleeping area, i.e. kennel (12 sqm, height: 1.80m) within the grounds. There are two kennels - one of which houses the owner's dogs. The property is very well kept and completely fenced (mash wire, height: 2.20m) with an electric gate (with code), parking within the grounds or just outside. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, intercom system, WiFi with full coverage (in- and outside), special sockets for uploading your mobile phone, tv channels provided with internet, double mosquito bars – all these features guarantee you an easy-going vacation. There are enough sun-beds, sun-umbrellas and shower at your disposal at the illuminated pool with Jacuzzi. The garden and swimming pool/Jacuzzi is at the exclusive use of the guests. Wine lovers indulge in happiness – there a many wine factories in this area. The sea and the close-by art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena etc. are within an easy reach. There is a variety of therapeutic springs in the surroundings, which offer also wonderful spa-areas.
