Built as a showcase design model by the master crafters at Method Homes, this two level, two bedroom, 1 3/4-bath vacation home features a spacious open and airy floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area with higher-end appliances, (including a dishwasher and an espresso maker), a breakfast bar plus a dining table, and a very comfortable living space with a large screen DVD/monitor, a freestanding gas fireplace, and French doors that provide access to a nice outdoor balcony complete with ample seating for six, plus an outdoor gas grill.
Across the hallway from the main living area is an additional family room with it's own DVD/monitor, and a sliding door for privacy - perfect for some separation between the adults and the kids! There's also a separate mud room close to the main entrance featuring a stack washer/dryer and plenty of gear storage, and a 3/4 bath with a large walk-in shower. Just down the hallway, you'll step up to the next level to discover one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, flanked by one full bath. Just outside, you'll discover a private outdoor hot tub! This exemplary monitored family vacation home will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
