A wide open stone staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find a library and TV room with surround sound system, DVD player and plasma TV. On a clear day you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Italian Alps from here. Throughout the villa you can enjoy some of the beautiful oil paintings created by one of Croatia’s most esteemed lady artist. The Villa is equipped with CCTV and alarm system. The beach of Kanegra is located within a 15 minute drive of the villa. Within a 20 minute drive by car you will find the Adriatic golf club, opened in 2009 is located at Crveni Vrh close to Savudrija and near the city of Umag is a part of the hotel chain Kempinski. This is the first professional course with 18 holes 6360 meters long, deployed on 80 acres. Those with less sport ambitions have at their disposal a shorter course of 4690 meters.
