It should be noted that access to the house is by way of an unmade track around 300m long. IT IS TO BE ADVISED that the lower level of the house with separate access is occupied by a single person, but who does not use the pool; so this does neither disturb nor interfere with your privacy in any way.

The ground floor also has a dining room, a lounge, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV, and an integrated shower room with WC.
The 27,000 m2 prettily wooded property is not enclosed, but the 20 m2 courtyard in front of the dining room and 100 m2 on the left side of the farmhouse are enclosed. The lovely swimming pool, a bit below on the grounds, enjoys a large space surrounded by a natural hedge and is appreciated for relaxation or children's games. You can stroll at your leisure in the surrounding countryside.
