Once to Hamburg, the Reeperbahn, a musical or the opera visit or simply enjoy summer nights in the Kneipenszene of the old salt city Lüneburg, visit the Solewellenbad or the Heidepark Soltau. There are so many possibilities that some guests want to come three times to perceive everything that is interesting and varied. Of course you can also just relax. In this really delightful Maisonnette apartment you live on two levels on the upper floor of our commercial building. Living room and kitchen are separated by a half wall that creates a generous architecture and offers plenty of space. Through two windows, this level is light-flooded and bright. A leather corner set offers convenience and additional sleeping space for 2 persons. The decor is new and contemporary. In a showcase you will find games, books and suggestions for holiday trips in the surroundings. A massive book staircase leads to the upper floor. There is the sleeping area with two real beds and a toddler bed. Our facility is leisurely and well-kept. For the children there is next to the little petting zoo many play facilities and a playground on the farm. In the summer there is a giant tenterpoline, scooter, kicker, stilts, badminton and basketball. We will not charge you a final cleaning fee. Instead, the holiday house is cleaned on the day of departure, the kitchen area including the oven and, if necessary, the garden grill is cleaned and any refuse from the apartment must be returned no later than 10.00 am. If you wish that the cleaning work should be carried out by in-house staff, an extraordinary expense allowance of € 65.00 will apply. Because of the fact that the holiday home is located on a farm with many animals, tenants explicitly accept that rent and / or liability claims should be excluded in case of: a) odors and / or noise caused by the farm And / or the animals are caused.
