This nicely decorated Apartment Casa Ultramarino belongs to an exclusive site directly at the Yacht harbour of Sa Rapita. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a sun terrace with direct access to the pool area.
The Es Trenc beach is just a few steps away. The apartment for 4 persons has a spacious lounging and dining room with an American kitchen and two bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each. From one bedroom and the lounging room you have access to the terrace, from where you have a magnificent view over the Sa Rapita Bay. All the rooms are aesthetically arranged with lovely details. The use of the pool is for free. In front of the entrance you have a parking place for a passenger car.
