The property is completed with a parking space and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and eat even outdoors, enjoying a beautiful sea view. It is the ideal holiday home for a family with children, being able to go and quickly return to the beach on foot, in a quiet and relaxing environment such as that of San Giovanni di Posada; in the immediate vicinity the main services are provided as well as, a little further on, from the village of Caletta di Siniscola. From the house you can quickly reach other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Capo Comino, Berchida, Budoni / Tanaunella, just to name a few. For larger groups, two other apartments are available that can accommodate 4 and 6 people respectively. Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and crockery to leave in order and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Possibility of smoking only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00 am): an additional night will be charged.
