This house with four holiday apartments for two to six people is located in the little village of Cesarica, which lies between the sea and the mountains in the Velebit nature reserve. The house is 200 metres from the sea, in a cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic, where children can play badminton and football. The owners live in a separate part of the house.
