The cottage is just a couple of blocks from WindanSea/Marine street beaches. The 7,000 square foot lot has a huge private yard with a putting green, covered large dining table for 10, outdoor lounging sofa, ping pong, pool table, putt putt course, covered front porch and more! This historic beach cottage has been completely renovated. The cottage offers two bedrooms and two baths. It also offers a private studio with kitchenette/bath/etc. that is perfect for a remote working office, nanny's quarters or third bedroom. Truly a wonderful estate to enjoy in sunny La Jolla! It is an amazing get away that provides a safe and secure area with space to play. It is only a couple of blocks from the Windansea beach area of La Jolla and one block from the La Jolla Village district.
