Positive: This hotel has exceptional service and go the extra mile to make sure all guests are comfortable and happy during their stay. It was our anniversary during our stay and the room staff decorated our room and the restaurant staff organised a small cake for us. The hotel is also located in a great spot and has direct access to the beach. The food is also great and overall the hotel provides a very relaxed vibe.
Summary: Hikka Tranz offers a relaxing vibe and has great service.
