This awesome home offers a large living room with lots of seating. It features TWO family DENS w/ LCD 42" TVs located on separate floors. An oversized gourmet kitchen with breakfast table and bar. The formal DINING room seats 12 and overlooks your private dip pool. 3rd floor TERRACE is over 600 square feet ... great breeze and views. Walk to the beach ( 100 YARDS )and enjoy chaise lounges under the palms or relax by our oceanfront pool with swim-up bar. Playa Hermosa offers a world class surfbreak and is A TURTLE RESERVE (turtles released during season ). This house offers 2 large king suites, 1 queen suite, 1 bunk w/4 singles, 1 BR w/2 singles , 1 downstairs private single BR off kitchen Laundry room is located on the second floor. Each floor has a balcony or terrace. The second floor balcony overlooks the pool and the massive 3rd floor covered terrace offers lots of seating and stunning views of the mountains. This home can also be configured to accomodate smaller parties that need only 4 or 5 bedrooms. We also have 2 other 3-BR rentals in the same development that rent for less.. Gated . Guarded . Safe . Private The Hermosa/ Jaco area has many wonderful restaurants. A few of our favorites are Jungle Surf in Hermosa (great tuna), The Poseidon Restaurant, Los Amigos and Taco Bar in Jaco. If you are looking for a typical plate Soda Garabito (close to Santa Catalina Clinic) also in Jaco is the locals choice for good food at a great price. The house is equipped with cable TV and wireless internet.
