Experience the heart of Mainstrasse village in this historic 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. Over 2500 square feet of living space over three floors. The house is on a beautiful treelined street, walking distance from Gobel Park and all of Covington’s best restaurants and bars. 5 min drive to downtown Cincinnati, Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. A great house for families!
The first floor includes the living area with Smart TV and the dining area (dining table seats 6), hardwood floors throughout, a half bath and a large, fully stocked kitchen with an island, three barstools and quartz countertops.. On the second floor you will find a large master suite (queen bed) and walk in closet, bathroom with shower, double sinks and stackable washer & dryer. The second bedroom on this floor has a twin trundle bed that sleeps 2 and an attached bath with bathtub/shower. This is a great room for kids. The third floor is another large en suite bedroom (double bed) with a Smart TV and living space with a home office. An air mattress or pack & play can also be added to accommodate additional guests. The third floor bathroom features a great walk in shower. The basement is unfinished, but has plenty of space for storage.
Outdoor space - There is a patio behind the house with a table and chairs for four. A string of edison lights makes the space festive in the evenings. A Weber gas grill is available for use.
Parking - Off street parking for one car directly behind the house. On street parking for additional cars is available directly in front of the house.
