The Space:
1 king bed in master bedroom, . Blow up double sized airbed with pump provided at no extra charge, simply bring extra bedding to sleep 6 total
Pet friendly
One upside is while the unit is small it does actually have a full sized equipped kitchen though dated.
Pool is great for after a long day at the beach. 1.5 blocks away is public beach access free to all
This is a very BASIC condo and the lowest price in our inventory. It is basic and useable it is NOT updated nor luxurious in ANY way. Reviews otherwise on property didnt read this somehow.
It is on 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Property includes 1 off street outside parking space
Less than 2 blocks to Louies, Tequila Sunsets, Longboards, DQ, da PIzza Joint, Bar on Bay (Bobs), Driftwood bar, Marlin restaurant, the Kraken & more. BEST location on south padre to go out at night no driving ever needed
Across street from the bay and wonderful Liam's Steakhouse bayside.
Condo has a nice sized kitchen, flat screen in both the living room and master bedroom, and walk in shower. Not updated however all tile floors
This condo does not have a balcony, please note and is not "brand new" inside but great for a budget minded traveler.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
Max 1 Pet dog only allowed any more than 1 will result in eviction per HOA. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 per dog, no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on furniture. Pets found on property without notice will be evicted without refund.

1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional

Basic, budget condo.
Entertainment District. With kids, so much fun! Across the parking lot from Gravity Park home to mini golf, go carts, arcade, kids bungee, adult bugee and ejector seat, and a truly world class mini golf.
Enjoy Louies Backyard famous Seafood Buffet on the weekend and fireworks all summer long. Not to be missed!
