This lakefront property offers views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and The Links Golf Course. You will have it all – the bay, the golf course, the beach, a sparkling swimming pool, and all of the Resort amenities! Located on the 2nd floor and accessed by an outdoor staircase.
Newly decorated in chic coastal style, this property is roomy and comfortable for up to 6 guests. The family room offers cushy seating including a queen sleeper sofa with access to the lakefront deck through sliding glass doors. Just have a seat inside or outside and enjoy the sunshine and natural beauty of the Resort.
Our updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for your guests with ease. There is a dining area with seating for four guests and additional bar seating for two. Our nicely appointed master bedroom allows access to the outdoor deck and features a king bed with fresh linens, an HDTV and a large closet. The adjoining master bathroom is designed with a newly tiled walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, an HDTV and a guest closet. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary.
Stroll to the neighborhood swimming pool a few yards away or spend a day at the beach. Walk to the shore of the bay and enjoy a captivating sunset view. All of the amenities of the Resort are located within a short walk, a quick golf cart or bicycle ride or a tram ride. Whether your vacation plans include a few lazy days at the beach, or you plan to stay awhile and explore the whole resort, our property at Harbour Point is truly the perfect choice. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
