Summary: Ask about additional fees upon arrival! The check in staff at the resort were very nice. The 2nd bedroom was actually a lockout style (hotel room) which shared a main enterance door but needed a room key to gain entry which I absolutely did not like since the master bed was through the main door as far away as possible, to me not good for families. The 2nd bedroom also had a toilet that was very close to its door and completely unstable which forced everyone into the master bath. The master bed did not look like the pics aside from the decor. The master bath shower felt like I was gonna fall through the floor. The kitchen is a tight squeeze, all utensils were provided which I felt were useless since only pots were provided for cooking. The location wasn't far from activities but very close to an abandoned mall and super creepy off property at night. It is also close to legends and a live music spot sooo it was quite loud at times. The pool area near Knotts was nice enough but the lazy river is apart of the children's pool area and ridiculously small I had to laugh. The telephones in both rooms also rang frequently when answered the resort offered free passes for attractions if I attend "an owners meeting" = time share presentation..nooo! The view of the waterway was lovely and we were able to watch boats pass by 24/7 from the screened porch (not an exit) or the chairs provided outside. The resort also rents out bikes and has a very nice club house with pool and arcade games and whatnot unfortunately it was occupied by alot of guests so we had to pass. Everything seemed clean enough buuut when I was removing my bags a humongous roach came from underneath made it to the lamp on the dresser then died. Can't make this up! So overall I wouldn't stay again, but it wasn't the worst.
