Positive: I thought I booked a private room, but it turned out to be a shared room. I messaged them to upgrade, but since I booked through Booking.com, I had to go through them—so I left it as is. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk kindly offered me a room meant for 8 people, and I had it all to myself. That was such a generous surprise! I stayed for 3 days, and the location was super convenient. Thank you so much!
