Two furnished ROOF TERRACES with a view of the city center or the marina ensure an unforgettable holiday. The spacious and modern LIVING AREA is the focus of your vacation by the sea. A corner sofa (sleeping area 140x200 cm) and two armchairs with stools invite you to a panoramic view of the water. Smart TV and stereo system provide entertainment. The half-open kitchen is equipped with everything that invites you to enjoy cooking together. Oven, dishwasher, 4-induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other cooking utensils are included. Right next to it is the DINING AREA with table and 6 chairs. The two bedrooms are on the top floor. The first is equipped with a double box spring bed, wardrobe and TV, the second with 2 single box spring beds and a chest of drawers. When you open the curtains in the morning, the view of the Baltic Sea kisses you awake, and you have access to the south-facing terrace through the BATHROOM. The sea view TERRACE can be reached via the stairway. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, illuminated mirror, sink, hairdryer and toilet. There is also a GUEST WC. The underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensures pleasant warmth. WiFi is free throughout the apartment. Bed linen can be bought for 12 euros p. P. and a towel package for 6 euros p. P. to be booked. A high chair and baby travel bed are available free of charge. An additional baby travel bed and high chair can be booked for 10 euros each. The parking space is located directly at the house. Max. 2 dogs for a fee of 7.50 pp. and travel with animals. The local tourist tax is not included in the price.
