On 2nd floor, you will find 2 Master bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and twin/twin bunk bed. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
**Please note: There are two separate non-refundable pet fees totaling $300. A $150 plus tax pet fee is charged by the property, and an additional $150 fee is required by the HOA at the time of guest registration at the on-site office. Only one dog is allowed per reservation, with a maximum weight of 45 lbs.
**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay. Parking fees are $37 per vehicleif staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicleif staying over 21 days. If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of$100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. **
