The spacious primary bedroom is en suite and offers a firm King sized bed. A very comfortable mattress is a must have for a restful night's sleep on vacation. The bedroom features a flat screen TV with Roku so guests can stream their favorite shows or games. The updated primary bath has a tiled oversized garden tub with a shower enclosure. The well appointed guest bedroom is equipped with a plush Queen sized bed and a loveseat that conveniently pulls out into a Twin sized bed. This guest room features a wall mounted flat screen TV. The living area has been newly furnished with a sleeper sofa, swivel tub chairs, and fresh décor. You are sure to enjoy the oversized wall mounted Smart TV. The private balcony has new composite molded furniture that is made for comfort. This provides the ideal setting for a morning or afternoon spent enjoying the amazing view of our emerald coast. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances. It was setup with guest convenience in mind. The well equipped unit also features a full-sized washer and dryer.
Perdido Sun has a fantastic location in East Perdido Key. Guests can walk right across the street to enjoy dining, sweets and treats, local art, souvenir shopping and boutique shopping. Beginning 9/8/25 there will be window construction on the 2nd and 11th floor. There will be normal construction noise and activity (cutting, hammering, etc.) during the day. The work crews will be on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Walkways will remain open, though brief delays may occur when materials are being moved. Barriers and caution tape will be used to secure work areas. The pools will be available to use during this time. We currently do not have an end date for this project, Please call our office for further updates.
