Pulling into the complex you'll see the tennis courts at the front side of the buildings. You can enjoy a fun round of tennis anytime during your stay. there is also an exercise/fitness room and billiards table for your use as well. Park your vehicle in the underground parking space, enter the building from the parking garage and take the elevator to the sixth floor.
Upon entering Creciente 601 you will immediately see the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. A generous sized entrance way allows you room to unload your belongings or groceries before moving further into the condo. To the left of the entrance way you'll find the spacious living and dining area. The living room has been outfitted with new leather furnishings and a flat screen TV which will have you relaxing in no time. The dining room seats four for all your great family gatherings.
Opening off the living area is the large wrap around lanai that encompasses over half of the condo. This amazing space will be your favorite area of this condo. Multiple seating and dining areas provide different views depending on which side of the lanai you are sitting on. Look directly out at the Gulf of Mexico and white sugar sand beach or sit to the north side of the lanai and take in both the beach and the pool down below. For an all weather, year round experience, this area is both glass and screen enclosed. On cooler winter nights keep the glass closed and the warmth in. On those perfect Florida weather days, open the glass and let the breeze flow through the entire condo. Smell the salt air, let the breeze flow through your hair, relax and know you have arrived in paradise. Extraordinary sunsets are waiting for you from your sixth floor lanai to share with that special someone.
To the left of the living area is the spacious kitchen. Every cook will love this kitchen as not only is it large and fully stocked with everything you'll need for preparing meals, but also offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico! Newer appliances and solid surface counters, not to mention an abundance of both countertop space and cupboards this kitchen will inspire the cook in everyone.
Heading back towards the entrance way, take the hallway to the bedroom area. The master suite has a king size bed and views of the Gulf from your bedroom. It also opens to the lanai for a little late night star gazing with that special someone. An in-room TV provides you with the morning news while getting ready in your full ensuite bathroom. His and her sinks with a separate shower and toilet area allow both of you to get ready without being in each others way. A large walk-in closet and plenty of closet space will accommodate all your belongings while staying here in Paradise.
Your guests will be well taken care of in the guest suite. Two twin beds along with ample dresser and closet space will have them feeling right at home. They too will love the direct access from the bedroom to the lanai. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway is there for everyone's use.
When you decide it's time to leave the condo you'll find one of the largest in-ground, beachfront, heated pools on Fort Myers Beach waiting for you. Creciente has so much to offer besides their great pool. Lighted Tennis/Pickle and shuffleboard courts are provided to keep you entertained and in shape. If you like to BBQ a gas grill and picnic area has been provided adjacent to the building for your use as well. Don't forget to check out the library and common rooms on the first floor as well.
The location of this condo is fantastic. Directly across the street you'll find Santini Marina Plaza with numerous shops and restaurants for your shopping and dining pleasure. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are outside your door waiting for you to explore. Lovers Key State Park is a short drive to the south where you can find miles of secluded beaches to enjoy. Trolley stops going both north and south bound are in front of the condo so you can park your car and leave the driving to someone else. Head down to Times Square for additional shopping and dining options, or check out some of our fantastic beach bars and great nightlife. Travel a little further out to Naples and take in Fifth Avenue, Tin City, or explore the Everglades on an airboat or swamp buggy tour.
Creciente 601 is a destination in itself and a place you'll want to return to again and again. Please note the condo association has a strict one month minimum rental period.
