As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
Additionally, this deluxe home boasts a dedicated gaming space, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all.
The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The five bedrooms are elegantly decorated. Two bedrooms have a double bed, two with queen-size beds, and one with two beds. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a free-standing bathtub and, of course, clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

A peaceful, calm and family-friendly neighborhood of individual townhouses very close to Paris. The legendary metro 11 (7 min walk) takes you in less than 25min to the city center of Paris (Chatelet station). The house is located in the community of Pantin, an expanding cultural and artistic city claimed to be « the new Eldorado for young, arty Parisians ", but also very close to the town « Les Lilas » with its famous local market (Wednesday and Sunday mornings) which was made famous by Serge Gainsbourg with his song "Poinçonneur des Lilas ». The community disposes of a vibrant theatre inspired by the Trianon de Versailles, various neighborhood bars, convivial restaurants, an award-winning bakery but also family-run businesses which all have managed to preserve the communities authenticity.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
