Spacious, modern apartment with light-coloured wooden floors in the heart of Lisbon. Settled along a busy, commercial street with charming cobble-stoned lined roads. My home is just 12-minutes away by foot from Parque Eduardo VII, and is 30-minutes away by bus from the historical neighbourhoods of Barrio Alto and Alfama.
Comprised of one-bedroom with a queen-size bed lined in hotel quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
It includes a kitchen that's equipped with all the utensils and crockery needed to cook yourself a meal; a coffee machine is also available at your disposal to enjoy.
Further in, you'll find a 4-person dining table, a large couch in the lounge area, and a smart TV connected to streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
