In your downtime, relax in the family room, which features a sectional and a large flat-screen TV.
Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds and thoughtful design touches, with the primary ensuite exuding spa-like luxury. Families will appreciate the bunk bed in the third bedroom, along with the convenience of a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. No boat trailers can be left on grounds, if the trailer is left on-site for more than 24 hours, the HOA reserves the right to have the trailer towed. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well. Community waterways can accommodate a 25ft boat.
