We know details are important. We kept this in mind while transforming this former 2 car garage into a stunning two bedroom apartment. Full kitchen (gas stove), full bathroom, laundry, skylight, mood lighting, good toilet, soap, sound machine - we've thought of everything. You will love every feature this space has to offer!
A quarter mile to US 31 for easy access into Carmel and Indy's Northside

This unit is an adjacent structure to the main house. There is a single shared wall that has a utility room in between the unit and the main home. This is a former garage that has been converted into a modern residence. It has no internal attachment/passage to the main home and the entry is on the north side (left if facing) of the garage.
This unit has an open concept kitchen and living space featuring 2BR's and 1 full bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer.

Summary: We stayed in this cute little cubby for a week with my family of 4. It was perfect for the week of baseball at the complex. We were able to drop my son off early and come back and forth with ease. My daughter went fishing in the little pond out back and the kids caught a couple of bluegill (which we threw back 🎣) Tried out a few cute places in Carmel and even went to Indianapolis for a short day trip. Host was super easy to get in touch with and we had everything we needed. 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
