Summary: We had a great vacation and the LOCATION of this town home was perfect! The beach was never over crowded even on July 4th. The home was location right next to the wooden beach access so it was very easy getting to the beach. There is a nice 1st floor porch that you could still see a glance of the ocean and a beautiful rooftop patio. The home itself was lovely but I do think it is important to note there are a lot of steps. If you have young children or anyone with mobility issues this would be something important to consider. There is no main floor bedroom without walking about 5-6 steps. There are also two steps going up and down on the main floor between the kitchen, living and dining. It would not keep me from renting again unless I was with someone who had mobility issues. Finally, we did have a one issue with the oven not working. There is no phone number to access the local office directly so I had to call the 800 number. While on the phone they gave me two suggestions that I thought were unreasonable. First they wanted me to cook our meals in the toaster oven provided and second they asked if I tried lighting the pilot light manually (it is a gas oven). Finally, I was put in contact with the local office and after several contacts they agreed to provide us with a gas grill as an alternative when I requested it. This worked fine for us, I just wish it could have been resolved during my first phone call so I didn't feel l spent my vacation resolving this issue.
