Harbourside 102 Condominiums are conveniently located in the northern end of Myrtle Beach and very near many area attractions and very nice restaurants…some even walkable! The Carolina Opry and Pirate’s Voyage are just a short 5 minute drive away along with Broadway at the Beach being just a 10 minute drive. This condominium complex is one of the many professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. These beautiful 2 BR / 2 BA condominiums are situated less than one block from the beach. The Harborside vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Each condominium comes equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning and cable television. Harborside does not allow pets or motorcycles.
This unit has just been recently updated and boasts of new flat screen tv's in the living area and master bedroom. New kitchen cabinets and bathrooms completely redone.
For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.
