The Space:
This stunning home will take your breath away from the moment you enter with its abundant windows, stylish finishes, relaxing, open layout and restful sleep spaces. You first walk into the efficient laundry space, which is made up of a stacked washer and dryer and is located just off of the fabulous kitchen area.
Head straight into the lovely, updated kitchen, with its tranquil and modern color scheme of white, blue and brass and find a fully stocked space with abundant cabinets, tiled backsplash and everything you might need to whip up a favorite meal from a blender to a crockpot. The chef in your group will be delighted to find that this fabulous space is also open to the stunning living area thanks to a dynamic dining area/bar/serving area/pass-through that enables them to tackle a favorite recipe and not miss a moment. The dining area/bar features seating for four.
Beyond the kitchen, find the truly striking living area, which boasts high ceilings with wood beams, a unique gas fireplace, a large dresser/media console, a 50-inch, flat-screen TV, a plush and inviting leather armchair, roomy coffee table and a cozy couch that doubles as a queen-size pullout bed. Surrounded by windows with views of Bald Mountain, including quaint skylights above the kitchen, this room is bright and beautiful and full of inviting places where you can cuddle up, kick back and unwind and take in the warmth of the fire or your latest binge worthy show.
Down the hall off of the kitchen, you will find a full bathroom with a fun gray, blue and white color palette and a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is also located just across the hall from one of the two fabulous bedrooms found in this home. This first bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed with fresh, white linens, a nightstand and bedside lamp, a large dresser, a flat-screen TV and tranquil nature views that invite peaceful rest.
Make your way to the end of the hall to find the gorgeous master bedroom, which boasts a spacious king-size bed, two large dressers, two nightstands, a flat-screen TV, lots of natural light with views of the pines and a single-sink vanity next to the en suite bathroom. The rest of the en suite bathroom houses the toilet and a walk-in shower with a glass door.

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as parking for two vehicles in the Goldcamp Complex parking lot. Please note that parking passes are required to park from November to April.

Getting Around:
This home is just steps from the Gold Camp Bus Stop of the Breck Free Ride bus system. Hop on a bus and find yourself at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort in less than three minutes. This FREE bus system can also connect you to all that Breckenridge has to offer, including the historic Main Street area with its myriad shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings. Main Street is an 8-minute drive away. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
