Wheatley is a tastefully redesigned house with sitting room with gas fired 'wood' burner, smart Tv with freeview, wifi and adjoining kitchen newly fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine & pods and microwave. The conservatory houses the dining area and leads to a private and secluded garden with views over the surrounding countryside. A typical Devon cottage stairs leads to a double bedroom with smart TV with freeview, dressing table and chair and second single bedroom both overlooking the historic Sidbury church. The newly fitted shower room has a corner fitted shower, sink and loo and heated towel rail. There is on street parking immediately outside the house or in Church Street.
