Arranged on 2 levels with a total area of 35 m², you will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen of 17 m² with its lounge area - television opening onto the terrace where you will find garden furniture, gas plancha, parasol and jacuzzi. On the 1st floor, a parental suite of 14 m² equipped with a 160 x 200 bed with canopy, a bioethanol fireplace and a bathroom in exposed stones with shower. Baby equipment available. Wired Internet connection (RJ45 socket) on the ground floor and WIFI in the bedroom) - 4G network - Orange TV (ADSL). From its terrace (25 m²), you can contemplate for hours the breathtaking panoramic view of the hills of Coëvrons, the valley of the Erve, and the forest of Charnie. With direct access to more than 100 km of hiking trails, the Passe-Muraille will be the ideal starting point for many walks to discover the village, its castle, and the Erve valley bordered by its many mills. Electric heating, towels included in the rental price, beds made on arrival. Private Jacuzzi on the terrace included from 01/05 to 30/09 (optional from 01/03 to 30/04 - and from 01/10 to 31/12/2022, €120 per week or €80 for the weekend + 10€ per additional day).
