Positive: Beachfront location, relaxed vibe, and natural, eco- design were amazing. It was wonderful to longe back and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Negative: The service culture did not match the image of the place. It was disappointing. Services are overpriced. Breakfast is included but with instant coffee - brewed or pressed coffee coffees were extra. The bottled water dispenser was only available during breakfast as was hot water for tea or coffee. Making these small things free and available to guests would greatly complement the ambience of the place. Because of these little things, extra costs here and there and an effort to make me feel welcomed, I found the overall hospitality poorer than what I had expected when I made the booking.
