Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint Trojan-les-Bains, you will spend your holidays in a small tree-lined residence with its private swimming pool, on the edge of the forest, cycle paths and walking paths. Your residence is close to all shops, 400m from the ocean and 2.5kms from Gatseau beach and close to Vertbois beach, known to be among the most beautiful in France.
You will also find: sports course, the little train of Oléron, tennis courts, tree climbing, many restaurants, casino and multitudes of activities.
You will be ideally placed to discover the island in all these aspects but also the continent (House 10 minutes from the bridge by car)
The house, completely renovated and fully equipped, is composed on the ground floor:
-1 living room with a 4 seater sofa (convertible allowing 2 additional beds), a TV, table / benches, etc.
-1 fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, etc..
-1 laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer, table and iron.
-1 bathroom with Italian shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer; and WC.
Upstairs :
-2 closed bedrooms: A master bedroom with double bed and dressing room and a bedroom with 2 single beds and dressing room.
The exteriors:
The living room leads directly onto a terrace with table, garden chairs and barbecue. Terrace without vis-à-vis with the neighbors!
The swimming pool of the residence is private and secure. Reserved for residents, it is open from mid-May to mid-September.
The house also has a private parking space and a 4-space bicycle parking space.
