The Space:
This two-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Cleveland! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There is even free Wifi!
A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. While there is no parking included with this stay, there is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby at additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability of parking options.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Mather Maritime Museum and the USS Cod, North Coast Harbor is the tourist district of downtown Cleveland. Our suite is centrally located in downtown Cleveland in the Theatre-Gateway District/Playhouse Square, with nearby parks and a quaint shopping district. All of this along with amazing views of Progressive Field sets our suite apart.

It is the largest performing arts center in the US outside of New York City. Constructed in a span of 19 months in the early 1920s, the theaters were subsequently closed down, but were revived through a grassroots effort.

Getting around Downtown Cleveland is a breeze, thanks to the city’s RTA Rapid Transit. Locally referred to as The Rapid, the public transportation system is made up of buses, public trolleys, and light rails. If you want to see the most popular tourist attractions in town, hop aboard the HealthLine, which spans from Downtown Cleveland through University Circle and into East Cleveland. Need to get somewhere in a rush? Lyfts and Ubers are readily available throughout the city. Already got wheels? Driving by car through Cleveland makes it easy to travel from spot to spot. There is also quick access to I-90 and I-77 from your suite.
