Positive: It was idyllic, very quiet, apart from the wildlife noise, which was great. Some nice walks and great views. The cottage was well equipped, plenty of room and easily accommodate a long stay. Only a few other houses/cottages as neighbours and a church, so brilliant if want a quiet comfy stay. Was only a couple of minutes drive to an excellent pub and not much further to Pwllheli or Criccieth. Sitting out at the front in an evening was sublime, watching birds and bats go by, while having a late evening drink. On the whole it was clean and tidy.
Negative: Minor things like did need some cosmetic work, as there were a number of scuffs and knocks in the cottage. No doubt with it being in season though, maybe a bit difficult to resolve. We're a few old cobwebs in the windows, so some had not been cleaned on the inside. The duvets were heavy duty and being so hot, it could've done worth lighter bedding. Only minor issues and would not stop us going back at all. Only other issue was that the patio furniture was unusable. Rusty and no umbrella, it was very hot and sunny, so no shade if out the back.
