Our beautiful apartment is newly refurbished (2017), with brand new furnitures, fresh and stylish decor. It is fully equiped, with parking space, fast WIFI, free NETFLIX (!), sea view, ideal for families, just 100 meters from a sandy beach! It is very close to supermarkets and restaurants and just 40 min drive from SKG airport.
If you want to explore the beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki or if you just want to relax by the sea with friends and family, then this is the place for you!

The apartment is cited in a quiet complex with large garden, with many trees and green grass, just 100 meters from a long sandy beach. In the endless gardens of the complex the kids can play safe. Also, just 100 meters away, there is a playground with swings and other playground structures for children. Nearby, there is a basketball court for adults and kids.
The apt. is on the first floor of a housing complex and it can easily accommodate 4 adults and 1 or 2 kids. It has one masterbedroom with a king size bed (sleeps 2) and a second bedroom-living room with one bed and a sofa that becomes a comfortable bed for 2. The second bedroom can accommodate 3 persons.
The house has modern and luminous spaces, with two terraces, the one overlooking the sea and the other cool at the back overlooking the garden and numerous olive trees. It is bright, airy and very pleasant. It is fully equipped with everything necessary for guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary electric appliances and extra features such as, an espresso machine, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, all cooking utensils and a big refrigerator. There is also a washing machine.
All the doors and the windows have screens. A babycot and a baby chair are also available.
From 1/6 till 30/9* there is free, fast WIFI internet and free NETFLIX service. You and your kids can watch tons of movies on Netflix for free, on the 32" LED Smart TV ! (The rest period, we provide limited wifi, but fast enough).
We also provide fresh bed linen and towels, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel, cleaning supplies, etc.), as well as basic breakfast supplies (coffee, tea, honey, jam, etc.)

It is located almost between the two peninsulas (Kassandra and Sithonia), 70 km south of Thessaloniki. This is a quiet, countryside area, away from crowded places with mass tourism.
It is situated between two villages, Kalives (1,5 Km) and Gerakini (1,5 km) where you can find many super markets, Greek tavernas, bars, ATM, pharmacy, bakeries etc. Only 10 min away lies Polygyros, the capital of Chalkidiki, with hospital, police, post office, banks, Taxis and buses.
The location of the apartment is ideal for day excursions to Kassandra, Sithonia, the monasteries of Mount Athos, the rich forests of Holomonta in the Halkidiki mainland, and the cosmopolitan city of Thessaloniki. In addition, visitors can choose among literally countless beaches with crystal-clear waters, all located within a 30 km range from the apartment.
