Two bedroom, two bath LAKEFRONT condo at the 21 milemarker in Osage Beach. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a TV/DVD player. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a TV/DVD player. Living room has a sofa sleeper and a TV/VCR/DVD player. Lower level with steps to entry. Nicely decorated and close to boat docks. The Ledges is located at the 21 mile marker and right in the heart of Osage Beach. All of the fun and activities the lake has to offer is close by for your convenience. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf Waterpark, Miniature golf, go-cart tracks and many restaurants and night clubs are within seven minutes of the Ledges. For the golfers, Sycamore Golf Course is just down the road. Close by is Surdyke 20 Marine. Launch your boat and keep your trailer. The Ledges complex offers two swimming pools, a sandy beach area to swim, fishing docks and a playground for the kids! BOAT SLIPS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT. $25 A NIGHT
