Magnificent view, next to the pristine Atlantic forest and with the foot in the sand of a beautiful and peaceful beach! Our house is simple, with renowned modernist architecture and urbanism. Sleeps 10 adults. Feel in a secluded paradise, but with 24h security!
THE HOUSE
- Facing the beach, standing on the sand, in a condominium with 24 hour security.
- Exclusive, almost deserted beach with restricted access without parking for outside visitors. Hidden next to Vermelha do Sul beach. And less than 100m from the house is another small beach accessible by trail.
- Magnificent view to the open sea, to both sides of the bay and with Anchieta Island in the background.
- Land of almost 2000 m2 with 30 m facing the beach. Borders only with a neighbor and on the other side with native forest preservation area (untouchable).
- Large tropical garden of 1,000 m2 with landscaping by Luciano Fiaschi, facing the beach.
- Large house on 3 floors with large panoramic windows overlooking the sea in all environments, plus coverage and boathouse. Architecture by Maria Inês Fiaschi in a contemporary (modernist) style.
HOUSE COVERAGE:
- Belvedere with 360 degree view, with sink and bathroom.
THIRD FLOOR:
- 120 m2 room with three rooms and fireplace and kitchen.
- Bedroom / closed TV room with 1 sofa / double bed.
- Equipped kitchen, with two sinks, overlooking the forest and the sea.
SECOND FLOOR:
- Main entrance to the house, hall and parking lot.
- Suite with 48 m2, 1 queen size bed, with enclosed shower and toilet.
- 48 m2 room with 1 double bed, separate toilet and shower in the annexed corridor.
FIRST FLOOR
- Suite of 30 m2, 1 double bed and 1 single, attached to the main garden on the beach level.
- Room of 20m2, 1 double bed and 1 single.
- Balcony with covered area, barbecue and sink with view to the sea.
THE BEACH
Praia Brava do Sul is located between Praia Dura and Praia Vermelha, located at the beginning of Fortaleza Bay.
It is a mostly deserted beach, without many visitors. There are only 6 houses, all of which are in the sand. In addition to 24 hour security, the Praia Brava condominium has a cleaning service, which ensures that the sand is always impeccable, as well as the clear waters, good for diving.
It is a delight, taking care, kayaking and walking on the rocks on the sides of the beach. Almost every evening, turtles are guaranteed to be there. It is also common, especially in the morning, schools of dolphins passing through the bay.
Other observations
- The windows and balconies do not have a protection screen for small children, evaluate if you feel safe to take children given this condition. The use of kayaking is under the responsibility of adult guests.
- Due to the excessive humidity of the sea, I do not leave bed linen and towels in the house. This is up to the guest. For the same reason, please do not sit wet on hammocks, beds and sofas.

-Wi-fi in the installation phase (Nov-18), but the 4G of several operators catches very well.
- It only has a new portable air conditioner, but we never had the need to use it, due to the ventilation of the house and its location next to the forest.
-The house has too many light switches. Some have no function (there are duplications).
