Positive: Great host, always made you feel very welcome, and offered to pick me up from the airport. Location is away from the centre, which I liked as it was calm and tranquil, quite an incline to the main reception. The room was very big and comfortable, great shower and WiFi. There was a kettle/microwave/fridge in the breakfast room which you could use all day. Access to the property is via a locked automatic gate, which was easy to use.

Negative: Breakfast is very basic, with no healthy options, all sweet croissants/cakes etc. Not a great selection of teas either, would be nice to include fruit, seeded bread for toasting etc, and maybe boiled eggs? Other guests had no respect for keeping noise levels down, took great pleasure in slamming doors and talking loudly around midnight, with no thought about others who were trying to sleep, but obviously this wasn't the owner's fault.
