Positive: Well situated in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Alfama. We spent 4 nights in Lisbon and I stayed here with my wife, daughter and her boyfriend. The flat, though small well structured, spotlessly clean and cozy also very well equipped. Nothing that we could need was missing. The owner has clearly given a lot of thought to making it as comfortable as possible. The communication was excellent and we received lots of information on what to see, where to eat.
Negative: The flat was a bit cold when we arrived but as we visited at the end of December, it was not unexpected and heaters were provided that were easy to use.
Summary: Great value for money!
