The modern building complex is in Alberese, opposite the entrance to the visitor centre of the nature reserve “Parco Regionale della Maremma”. Here there is also the start of a cycle path that leads to the seaside. In the immediate vicinity there is also a bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beach 7km away.
The holiday apartments have elegant interiors and provide every comfort and convenience: air conditioning, heating, a TV, a garden and a terrace with a table for dining outdoors, a roof terrace, a private car parking space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer compartment, tableware and cookware, a weekly change of bed linen, fresh hand towels and table linen every three days.
Guests at the holiday apartments can also use the services of the agriturismo about 2.5km away, which has an information office that can help with planning day trips and other holiday activities. You can hire e.g. bicycles at special rates, or enjoy the pool at the agriturismo free of charge. Other services, bookable locally, are the breakfast buffet and an event dinner every evening by the pool, served exclusively to holiday guests.
You can do as you please during your stay. The local team is happy to help and advise you. Sports enthusiasts can go on hiking tours in the nearby nature reserve or go on horse rides, canoe trips or mountain biking tours. Those who like culture can explore old Etruscan excavation sites and the historical little towns in the region such as Pitigliano or Sorano. Alternatively you can relax by the pool, go on a little cruise to the nearby Isola del Giglio, attend wine tasting events or relax in the wellness centre of Terme di Saturnia.

Here, the days can be lived intensely or in the dolce far niente, or organised thanks to the resort's staff. For the energetic, you can go trekking in the Maremma Park, horse riding, canoeing, and mountain biking in Etruscan sites, historic villages such as Pitigliano Sorano, etc.
For the more relaxed: horse-drawn carriage, cruise to Giglio Island, wine tasting, Terme di Saturnia.
