The apartment Flair is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 35 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate 3 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for a child (length 180cm), one terrace with lake view and and a second shady 10 square meter terrace with a 12 square meter lawn bathroom with shower and a washing machine, and bedroom with double bed ( 160cmx200cm). The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence. The apartment has been recently renovated with a new bedroom and a new sofa bed.

Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
