* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. * Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
