Beautiful and spacious house recently built and 3 double rooms that is located on a small hill a few kilometers from the sea, which makes it have magnificent views of the east coast of Mallorca and the Mediterranean Sea. The house has a nice private pool, satellite TV and Playstation. Finca Sa Roca Blanca is a beautiful house of about 210 m2 and they are distributed on one floor. The house has 3 spacious double rooms, 2 complete bathrooms (one of them in Suite) and a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc. and a large central space divided into 2 parts, the dining room and the living room. It should be noted that from the east facade, where the rooms and the living-dining room are, the house has beautiful views of the coast and the sea. Especially outstanding is the view from the living room, since a large window has been installed in it to give light and take advantage of the magnificent views that the house has. Both from the living-dining room and from the bedrooms you access the outdoor area where you will find a beautiful private pool with its sun loungers and parasols, lawned garden, parking for several vehicles and various terraces, both covered and uncovered.
