Die Stadtbushaltestelle mit direkter Stadtbusanbindung auf die Insel ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. In 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie den Ortskern Oberreitnau. In den Sommermonaten bietet das in nächster Nähegelegene Maislabyrinth oder auch das Ravensburger Spieleland eine Menge Spass für Gross und Klein. In den Wintermonaten ist auch einiges geboten.
