Dank dieser reizvollen Lage, direkt am See, aber doch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald, gibt es in Sipplingen eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, den Ort und die Umgebung kennen zu lernen. Wanderfreunde erwartet hier ein über 45 km langes Wanderwegenetz. Auch die Wassersportmöglichkeiten in Sipplingen sind vielfältig - so gibt es eine Funsportarena mit Wasserski, Surfkurs oder Tretbootverleih und eine Segelschule direkt am Ort. Auch das Baden am kostenfreien Naturbadestrand bietet Erholung und Spaß für jedes Alter. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage in der Nähe des Bodensees (ca. 150 m Luftlinie). Der Bahnhof von Sipplingen liegt ca. 500 m entfernt, bis zum Seeufer mit Naturbadestrand und Wasserspielplatz sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort (Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Post, Schreibwaren), die Arzt - und Zahnarztpraxis, die Bank, einige Restaurants, sowie der historische Ortskern sind fußläufig in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist vom DTV mit 4 Sternen ausgezeichnet worden und bietet modernen und gemütlichen Wohnkomfort auf 60 qm für 1 - 2 Personen. Die Wohnung selbst erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen - Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC, sowie eine vollausgestattete Küche (mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine) befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. In der Küche besteht die Möglichkeit Radio zu hören. Das Wohnzimmer liegt in der 1. Etage, ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen und hat einen Balkon zur Nordseite mit teilweiser Seesicht. Balkonmöbel sind vorhanden. Ein großer Flachbildschirm mit Kabel - TV, sowie eine Leseecke laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen im Wohnzimmer ein. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Ebenso liegt im Bad ein Haarfön für Sie bereit. Ihre Wertgegenstände können Sie im Safe in der Ferienwohnung einschließen. Sollten Sie bei Ihrem Aufenthalt Fahrräder mitbringen, dürfen diese gerne in der hauseigenen Garage kostenlos untergebracht werden. Ihr Parkplatz für den gesamten Aufenthalt liegt direkt am Haus. Ebenso können Sie bei uns kostenfrei W - LAN nutzen. Gerne dürfen Sie bei uns auf unserer Liegewiese am Haus entspannen oder am Grillplatz (ein Grill steht zur Verfügung) verweilen.
