Positive: The location in Westerland is great, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the main station and 5 minutes to the bus stops that take you to different places (make sure you take advantage of the Sylt goes Bussi offer of the rental agency). There's a good supermarket in the center a 15 minute walk away. The administration is very responsive. They also do a good job of cleaning the apartment. The two beds are big and comfortable but the space in the bedroom downstairs is very tight.
Negative: The furniture is somewhat dilapidated and some basic things are missing in the kitchen such as breakfast bowls, a sponge for the dishes, and salt and pepper (scissors were missing but we bought and left them there). The only pan is old and bent out of shape. The dishwasher needs maintenance - it doesn't completely clean the dishes.I hope the agency will consider this feedback and make improvements.
