Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Beautiful and spacious house situated on a hill. The living areas are very roomy, including a large living room and two bedrooms, one with a modern bathroom. The kitchen is also large with plenty of storage space. The balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a quiet neighbourhood, with markets, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the town of Kempten is a charming place to walk around. There is a smart TV, decent Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The property features a couple of sofas, a spacious dining area, and an office setup — it was very well organised, and I appreciate that.
Negative: Overall, the stay was pleasant, however there were a few areas were the care was lacking. Although the kitchen is large, it would be wonderful to replace the broken silverware, spoons, bowls, and coffee cups with additional new ones. A toaster and microwave would be really helpful. With all the mini-jungles around, which could benefit from some attention and pruning, there are bugs everywhere in the house. The sofa has to be cleaned because it smells a little, and some of the doors and furnishings may be simply fixed. Also the approach is bit difficult with luggage, as the car must be parked uphill, and then through a narrow lane the house can be reached.
Summary: Large hosue, nice stay ... could be better
