Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große Ferienwohnung, die bis zu 5 Personen bequem Platz bietet. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss ist für 2 Personen eingerichtet. Die restlichen Gebäudeteile werden von der Firma Krassa-Deko-Floristik genutzt. Das Landhaus Staufenberg liegt im Ortsteil Staufenberg, direkt auf dem Weg nach Baden-Baden, bis ins Zentrum sind es gerade mal 5 km. Die Caracalla-Therme (Baden-Baden) lädt zum relaxen ein, das Burda-Museum ist ein Ort für Kunstliebhaber, das Festspielhaus begeistert Musikfreunde, für Naturfreunde bietet sich die Lichtentaler Alle zum bummeln ein, Insgesamt ist Baden-Baden eine Stadt, die für jeden etwas zu bieten hat. Das Rebland ist ein schönes Ausflugsziel,ebenso die Schwarzwaldhochstraße, der Mummelsee und die Schwarzenbach-Talsperre sind nicht nur im Sommer sonder auch im Winter, Der Holohsee ist mit seinem Hochmoor ist ein besonderer Anziehungspunkt. Unser Hausberg der Merkur ist über eine Standseilbahn von Baden-Baden aus erreichbar und bietet einen faszinierenden Blick über die Schwarzwaldgipfel. Die Ferienwohnung 3 wurde 2017 neu erstellt und ist ab Dezember zu mieten. Hell und freundlich eingerichtet mit einem großen Küchenbereich mit hochwertigen Siemens-Elektrogeräten und großem Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Im Schlafbereich ist ein neues weißes Boxspringbett mit hochwertigen Steppbetten. Der angrenzende Wohnbereich mit gemütlichen Sessel und vielen Fenstern sowie einem 32 Samsung LED-TV mit Satelitenempfang lädt zum verweilen ein. Diese bereiche sind harmonisch in dem 50 qm großen Raum integriert. Im Schlafbereich 2 stehen 2 separate Betten, Schrank, Tisch und ein Fernsehgerät. Das Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC hat ein großes Tageslichtfenster, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und über dem Waschbecken ist ein großer Spiegel eingelassen. Diese Wohnung im Nebengebäude vom Landhaus Staufenberg liegt hangseitig ebenerdig und ist von der Straße mit einer Außentreppe erreichbar. Parkplätze nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden.
