Beach Water Bungalow is located Lakeside at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort! Impressive views of the lake, Baytowne Golf Course and steps from the swimming pool! Baytowne Wharf, the Marina, Jolee Island, and the Tennis Complex are within easy walking distance for easy access to all the resort has to offer.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has recently been updated with brand new furniture throughout as well as upgraded finishes such as faucets, lighting, and shower heads! Designed with a comfortable, coastal chic feel to ensure a welcoming stay!
The condo has a golf cart for exploring the white sand beach, spinning around the resort or nearby Grand Boulevard for shopping and dining. You can also hop on the complimentary resort tram.
A deck with comfortable seating overlooks the lake and the pool and provides an ideal spot for relaxing afternoons to enjoy a beverage and for grilling local seafood on the propane gas grill.
The large and spacious living area is relaxing and comfortable with 2 linen slipcovered sofas and 2 chairs ensuring plenty of seating for everyone as well as 70" Smart TV with cable channels, Netflix, Hulu & Disney+. Off the living room is an additional powder room.
The adjoining dining area overlooks the deck and offers seating for 6 guests and additional kitchen bar seating for 4. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the "chefs" kitchen is fully stocked and designed for you to feel right at home! Including an ice cream maker, popcorn maker, griddle, slow cooker and more!
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and 2 additional guest bedrooms. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, an HDTV, walk in closet, and a unique octagon shape overlooking the lake and golf course. There is a desk for working remotely and a cozy chair in which to read or watch TV! The adjoining master bathroom is tastefully decorated with a soaking bathtub, and a separate shower.
There is a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, HDTV, a spacious closet, and jack and jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. A 3rd bedroom features a queen bed, plenty of closet space, and jack and jill bathroom. The upstairs laundry room provides a new, full size washer and dryer, an additional refrigerator to hold beverages and is the storage closet for boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and chair side tables!
