Fully updated in January 2022, this third-floor getaway boasts new paint, recently installed countertops, sink, and flooring, all new ceiling fans and showerheads, updated lighting, a new sectional, dining table, and bunk beds. Please note there is no elevator access. When you find yourself relaxing at home base, sweet serenity awaits with ample natural light, bay views from every room, and all of the comforts you need to slip into pure bliss. When everyone works up an appetite, show off your culinary skills and head into the full kitchen to whip up tasty meals using all of the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you are used to. The screened porch will be just the place to enjoy a favorite beverage with a view, and the living area will be calling your name to cozy up with loved ones as a movie plays on the flatscreen TV.
Bethany Bay features an outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, playground and a nine-hole, par-three golf course. Key fobs are required for access to pool. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10am - 8pm. Passes will be handed out at check-in. There is not an amenity fee for the pool fob unless it is lost. If it is lost, the fee is $80.
